Jobstep.net is a joint Career and recruitment service of the Finnish polytechnics which was launched year 2000. Metropolia is member of Jobstep.net like most of Finnish universities of applied sciences.

Free service

The system is free of charge for both students and employers. The information service is open to all users, but the employment services requires registration.

Only students studying a polytechnic degree (Bachelor or Master level) or recent polytechnic graduates are allowed to use the employment services as a job seeker. The graduates can use the employment services for one year after their graduation.

Employers can use Jobstep.net independently. Career Services assists in the use of the system, if necessary.
