The 30 cr Open study path of Logistics Management includes the following 1st year courses of the Logistics Management Master´s degree curriculum:

Advanced Intra Logistics T100CE31-3004, 5 ECTS
Strategy, Management and Leadership T100CE33-3005, 5 ECTS
Performance Management T100CE34-3004, 5 ECTS
Advanced Transportation Systems and E-22-3002, 5 ECTS

Proceeding in the studies requires that the courses are carried out in order. If the student does not carry out some courses, it may prevent proceeding in the path studies and prevent participation to some courses. In such cases, Metropolia is not obliged to offer compensatory studies or alternative completion methods. Such cases do not entitle to any refunds in terms of Open UAS payments.

Study Skills and Language Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology / Science (notice, not from BBA business studies)
  • Excellent command of English
  • min. 3 years of work experience

The study and language skills will be ensured by the degree with an interview for which a separate invitation will be sent.

Beginning and Timing of the Studies

The studies require presence in class for about 1,5 days each week in the autumn. The minimum presence is course specific.

The studies begin in September.
