ICT Summer School

Overview

The annual ICT Summer School will be held again in August 2018 at Metropolia UAS Leppävaara campus. 

The international ICT Summer School gives you an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge on different areas of information and communication technology, and at the same time explore Finland, meet new people, and expand your network internationally.

ICT Summer School Programme  

Summer School Programme consists of several intensive courses (2-5 ECTS credits). You can participate in one or more courses. You can see the programme 2017 in the table below.

Programme 2018 will be published during spring 2018.

Registration for the courses

Registration for the ICT Summer School courses starts in May 2018. 

1. Metropolia degree students

  • Courses are a free of charge for Metropolia degree students.
  • Enrol for the courses in OMA.  

2. Students from foreign Partner Institutions

  • Enrolment by email: tiina.piipponen(at)metropolia.fi
  • Enrolment starts in May 2018. 
  • Enrolments for the courses are accepted on a first come, first served basis. 
  • See the list of Partner Institutions

3. Students from 3AMK partner schools: Laurea UAS and Haaga-Helia UAS

  • Courses are a free of charge for Laurea and Haaga-Helia students.
  • Enrolments for the courses are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

4. Students that do not study in Metropolia or any partner institution ( = Open University students)

  • Students that do not study in Metropolia or partner institution can enrol for Summer School courses through Metropolia Open UAS. 
  • Each course has a certain amount of places reserved for Open UAS students.
  • Enrolments for the courses are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • Please read before enrolling: Study Fees and Cancellations. Open UAS study fee is 15 euros/1 credit.
