Finnish Freight Forwarders Association organized for a second time a video competition for UAS-students, which this year challenged competitors to consider the future of logistics industry in 2050. The task was to envision the importance of the sector in the future, the new logistics occupations as well as the changing needs of customers.
This year's winner is Metropolia’s "Scenarios" video, made by a team of International Business and Logistics students Sibel Caglayan, Mischa Cho and Helena Ikonen.
The jury's reasoning was as follows:
"The video stood out as a clear, dynamic and integrated whole. The assignment was well reflected in the final result. Implementation was of high quality and versatile and ideal for presenting it to a large number of target groups.”
A total of 10 videos from four different universities of applied sciences took part in the competition. The level of competition was high.
