May is the time of great celebration. All in all, nearly 2,000 students graduate from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences this spring. About 1700 students have received or are about to receive a Bachelor's degree diploma and about 250 have completed a Master's degree.
Managing Director - President Riitta Konkola congratulates all new graduates:
"Dear graduates, now is the moment to enjoy the fruits of your hard work and celebrate. Even though the study years are now behind you, let us always remember that we are never ready. Keep on learning with the same attitude and be curious. Metropolia has given you strong professional skills and competence but I hope that we have also been able to give you tools for life-long learning. Tools to find new information, educate yourselves and create useful networks. Don't settle down, but use those skills for the community and for yourselves. Warmest congratulations from me and from the whole Metropolia team!"
