The Ministry of Health of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia signed on Monday, 10.9.2018 a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with Metropolia UAS in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Metropolia was represented by Director, Finance and Administration, Deputy CEO Simo Mustila.
The content of the memorandum contributes to cultural enrichment, scientific progress, and the consolidation of friendship and development of bilateral relations. In addition, subject to this MoU, the parties pursue cooperation in respect of further education and training for Saudi Arabian Registered Nurses in Finland.

The Minister of Health of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Dr. Tawfig AlRabia and his delegation visited Metropolia UAS in August 2017 as a part of the official visit to Finland. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has expressed interest in the Finnish Education System, especially in Health and Social Care Education, Health Technology Education as well as collaboration between education services and enterprises.
