Expert-Led Training for Europe’s Video Game Professionals to Boost Skills in AI, Production, Accessibility and Sustainability

GameSkills is a European advanced training programme for video game professionals and studios, co-funded by Creative Europe – MEDIA. It aims to support the long-term transformation and competitiveness of the European video game industry through practical training, expert knowledge sharing and peer-driven learning. GameSkills aims to address six pressing challenges: AI integration, production efficiency, evolving business models, accessibility, sustainability and diversity.
GameSkills is led by a European consortium that brings together complementary expertise in professional training, industry events and skills recognition. GameSkills is made up of Gamaste, Gamebadges/Metropolia University UAS, gamescom dev, and SpielFabrique, all working together to strengthen skills development and professional mobility within the European video game sector.
