Learning objectives
The student understands their own resilience and resource dimensioning, gains access to new resource- and solution-focused tools, learns comprehensive everyday management, self-reflection, and delve deeper into identifying their own resources and strengths. The student builds their own professional path as part of the HTA training package, identifying their professional and personal strengths.
Teaching methods
- Implementation method: Resource- and solution-focused group tutoring
- Professional presentations by coaches on themes related to resilience and professional development
- Professionally facilitated thematic discussions on HTA themes
- Group discussions, exercises, and self-reflections
- Meetings twice a month in the mornings from 8:15 to 9:00, approximately meetings per year plus a possible seminar component
- Presentations according to the programme, approximately 15 minutes each, followed by discussions; introduction to the theme, resources and strengths, reframing of thinking, everyday security, adaptability to change, neurodiversity, making professional expertise visible, significance of networks, reflections on one’s own career path, crisis management
- Self-directed tasks
- Recordings of presentations uploaded to the platform
- Guidance and feedback on individual assignments

Evaluation criteria
A passing grade is awarded when one actively participates in the tutoring sessions.
Prerequisites
Participants are required to reside in Finland (Finnish nationality is not required) and be employed by an organisation operating within the Finnish context.
