The project will develop a three-part model to support the careers of people aged 55 and over while strengthening skills development and well-being at work.
Assessment Tool (Tampere UAS)
A digital self-assessment tool for employees and jobseekers aged 55 and over. The tool helps evaluate the current state of skills and well-being at work, as well as related needs. Employers can also use the tool to improve how they lead and develop careers.
Skills Tool (Centria UAS)
A digital environment that supports developing skills and returning to work and improves labor market alignment.
Career Management Development Process (Metropolia UAS)
A co-development model implemented in collaboration with organizations. Employees and employers identify solutions together that support longer and more meaningful careers.
This collaborative project is carried out by Metropolia University of Applied Sciences (main coordinator) together with Tampere University of Applied Sciences and Centria University of Applied Sciences. Career55+ is part of the Tulevaisuuden työmarkkinat coordination project.
