Build Your Network, Build Your Career alumni event by the UAS’ in the Helsinki metropolitan area is back with an inspiring new lineup! The event - organized by Arcada, Diak, Haaga-Helia, Laurea and Metropolia - is welcoming all the international alumni and students close to graduation of the organizing UAS’.

This event brings together experts and graduates to explore the many forms of entrepreneurship – from starting your own business to cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset in any career path. Discover how initiative, creativity, and adaptability can open doors in today’s rapidly changing job market.

Speakers:

Among the speakers as a host and workshop facilitator we will have Anne Liljestrand, an experiensed leadership coach from Focus Tiger. Hope Nwosu has won several awards for her outstanding contributions to diversity in Finland. Bambi Dang has built multiple startups, runs a growing community of AI founders, and mentors founders and students across the Finnish ecosystem. Eunice Moono is a Co-Founder and Business Consultant of Resource Centre Moono-Valo. Shaker Halabeya founded Fit & Social but now concentrates on new customer acquisition and branding at Calori with success.

Whether you aim to start your own business or stand out in the job market, this event will give you ideas, tools, and connections to take the next step.

For who

The event is aimed at international alumni and students close to graduation whose native language is not Finnish or Swedish and who may face challenges finding their place in the Finnish labour market.
