Join the programme with a flexible application period open almost year-round, start your studies in either January or August, complete 30–60 ECTS with good results, apply smoothly to a Master’s programme, transfer all your Diploma studies directly into your Master’s degree, complete your thesis and graduate as an MBA. All in approximately 1.5 years!

This Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Business Management is a comprehensive and career-focused educational experience designed to empower professionals with advanced competencies in strategic business management, leadership, analytics, and communication.
Through a carefully structured curriculum, the programme blends theoretical foundations with practical application, enabling participants to thrive in dynamic, global business environments and take on leadership roles in business with confidence and insight.
A strong emphasis is placed on sustainable business practices, encouraging students to integrate environmental, social, and ethical considerations into strategic decision-making, operations, and stakeholder engagement across various business functions.
- ECTS Credit value: 60 credits
- Language of instruction: English

- Duration of implementation: 12 months full-time for 60 ECTS
- Mode of delivery: On-campus in Finland
- Start of studies: Two (2) designated semester entry points: August and January. The next open intake is scheduled for January 2027.
- Group size: Max 40 students (Min 20 for the start of the implementation)
Eligibility criteria
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Education Degree (equivalent at least to EQF Level 6): minimum of 3 years of full-time studies (180/240 ECTS) including a minimum of 40 ECTS credits in higher education studies within the field of business.
- Work Experience: A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience acquired after completing a Bachelor's degree.
- English Language Proficiency: Skills equivalent to IELTS Academic 6.5. No formal certificate is required, as proficiency will be assessed during the online interview.
- Selections for the Diploma programme are discretionary.

Admission period
1st of July 2026 to 1st of September 2026. Please note that we will not be responding to enquiries between 10 July and 10 August due to the summer holidays.
The application period for the January 2027 intake starts on 1 July 2026 and ends on 10 July 2026.
The application period for the August 2027 intake starts on 10 August 2026 and ends on 28 February 2027.
