ProHarkka Etelä-Suomi
Guidance for language- and culturally responsive training in the health and social care sector
ProHarkka Etelä-Suomi – Guidance Power for Language and Culture-Aware Internships in the Social and Health Care Sector aims to develop and strengthen the language and cultural guidance competences of social and health care organisations in the South Finland region.
The project also creates a national model that harmonises internship guidance practices across different regions. In addition, the project develops cooperation between higher education institutions, wellbeing services counties and other social and health care actors to enhance the smoothness of internships and strengthen consistent practices.
The project addresses the challenges of the social and health care field in collaboration with other ProHarkka regional projects.
