Studies

In the Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Occupational Therapy you learn how to support people in their daily lives.
Occupational therapists help people do the things that are important to them. These activities can take place at home, at school, at work or during leisure time.

You work together with clients to support everyday life, functional ability, participation and independence.

The programme is based on research and evidence-based practice. It builds strong skills for working life.

What will you learn?

During your studies, you will learn how people’s daily activities affect health and wellbeing. You will learn to understand how functional ability develops throughout life, support people in different life situations, assess and promote participation in everyday activities, use client-centred occupational therapy methods, work ethically and respectfully with clients, and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
The studies combine theory and practice. You learn by doing.
