Research Director Mona Roman Appointed to HEInnovate Expert Group
Dr. Mona Roman, Research Director at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, has been appointed as a member of the HEInnovate Expert Group, a joint initiative by the European Commission and the OECD. HEInnovate is a self-assessment tool designed to support higher education institutions in enhancing their entrepreneurial and innovative capacities.
At Metropolia, Mona Roman serves as Research Director and coordinates the U!REKA European University Alliance. She possesses extensive experience in innovation ecosystems, research and innovation policy, and European R&D projects. Mona Roman has also contributed as an expert in the European Commission's Directorate-General for Research and Innovation's Mutual Learning Exercise, focusing on public engagement in research and innovation.
