Student well-being services aim to provide adequate support and means for promoting and managing well-being. Student well-being services are available to students throughout the study period.
- Counselling psychologists and well-being advisors offer support in challenges of personal life and studies through individual appointments, education and small group activities.
- Student health care is provided by municipalities. Public health nurses on various Metropolia campuses provide individual health meetings, health inspections and brief health counselling. Other health care services are provided by public health care centres and private health clinics.
- Pastors from the Evangelical Lutheran Church working in Metropolia offer support to students facing crises in life and in spiritual issues in general.
- Metropolia has a crisis action plan, and is prepared for organising crisis help for urgent collective crisis situations.
