At Metropolia University of Applied Sciences the internationalisation is naturally built in our activities and diverse Metropolia community. For Metropolia internationalisation means international degree programmes, exchange students, international mobility opportunities for students and staff as well as various other forms of international collaboration with the extensive partner network.
The interconnected world needs future-proof and innovative solutions. Therefore, all students graduating from Metropolia have the necessary multicultural and international aspects embedded in their studies. Metropolia International Relations team supports students, staff and Metropolia schools with the realization of internationalisation activities. As a Metropolia student you have several opportunities to include internationalisation in your study path, for example through student exchange, online collaboration or work placement.
Metropolia offers several international degree programmes in which the language of instruction is English. Over 1400 international degree students, who represent more than 90 different nationalities, study at Metropolia every year. Additionally, Metropolia welcomes numerous exchange students from the partner universities from all over the world.
Metropolia supports international students in various ways, for example providing Welcome Hub service points at the campuses.
