Metropolia's typography guidelines include a title and body text font for printed materials and digital content. The texts use mainly black, primarily 80% black or secondarily 100% black or dark gray. Orange is used as the highlight color of the text. Read more about Metropolia's colors.

- Title font: Serifa
- Body text font: Univers
Typography in digital content (free Google fonts)
- Title font: Roboto Slab (Download Roboto Slab font for free from Google Fonts website)
- Body text font Open Sans (Download Open Sans font for free from Google Fonts website)
Office font
The so-called office font, i.e. the font used on documents and presentations, is Arial.
