Rental Spaces
Metropolia rents various premises in Espoo, Helsinki and Vantaa.
Metropolia's facilities are available for rent during the opening hours of the campuses:
It is also possible to rent campus premises outside opening hours, in which case the cost of the lobby service's presence will be added to the rental price. The price list does not apply to commercial events. If you are organising a commercial event, please request a quote from tilavuokraus [at] metropolia.fi (tilavuokraus[at]metropolia[dot]fi).
Equipment in the classrooms includes HDMI connection and most common adapters. For presentations, bring your own laptop.

Rental inquiries and reservations
Reservations should be made at least two weeks before the desired reservation date to ensure availability.

Cancellation policy
If the rental is not cancelled by email to tilavuokraus [at] metropolia.fi (tilavuokraus[at]metropolia[dot]fi) one (1) week before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the reservation, up to a maximum of €200, will be charged.
