
Contract Management in International Business is the process of analysing the contractual rights, obligations, risks and compliance between contracting parties from negotiation to execution. The aim of effective contract management is to maximise financial and operational performance and to minimise risk.
The course is completed independently, in your own pace, as online studies.

The course is offered as part of the project Vihreän teknologian vientiosaamista digitaalisesti (ViViD). The ViViD project's goal is to promote technical and economic expertise related to the green transition in Finland's export sectors. The aim is to enhance commercial and technical export business skills in the energy sector by offering short, work-life-oriented online courses.
Vihreän teknologian vientiosaamista digitaalisesti project has been funded by the European Union's Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), which is the key instrument of the EU's Recovery Facility (NextGenerationEU). The financing has been granted by the Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment (SECLE). The Service Centre promotes the competence development of working-age people and the availability of skilled labour.
