Learning objectives
The student
- understands the legal principles relevant to business and develops competence in seeking legal information for use in business practice
- is able to understand the correlation of law and responsible business, describe the necessity for legal compliance and consequence of breach as well as apply the knowledge gained to business operations and contract drafting.

Evaluation criteria
The assignments are graded and registered after the end of each semester (including summer school) in January 2027 and September 2027.
