Learning objectives
After completing the course, student has ability to setup project using scrum based methods and follow metrics and organise workforce around scrum project.
Teaching methods
Course is 100% online (self-study) course which can be done in own pace.
This course provides a look into the what, how and especially the why(s) of Scrum. It’ll cover the theory, background and motivation of Scrum as well as the practical mechanics of implementing Scrum through a mixture of presentation, story telling, group discussion, and interactive exercises.
Taking the course:
- Study course lessons carefully, making sure that you fully understand the information. Perform the practical labs (Exercises) in each lesson.
- Some lessons contain a rehearse quiz. It contains ≈10 multi-choice questions and its duration is 60 minutes. If your score is less than 600, rehearse the theory and retake the test. The retake limit is 2. (Note! The quiz is marked "passed" after 3 tries.)
- Take the final test. If your score is less than 600, you need to retake it to pass the course. The retake limit is 2!
Note! You have to complete all lessons before trying the final test!
