Come meet others, discuss issues related to well-being, hear about various services that support well-being, and spend a refreshing moment in a multicultural group!
Metropolia's nursing and geronomy students organize functional meeting cafes aimed at multicultural elderly immigrants and their caregivers, where healthy lifestyles and well-being are discussed in plain Finnish and related services are introduced.
The Meeting cafe is organized once a month, and each time has a different theme:
6.9 from 12 noon to 2 p.m
Theme: Nutrition and healthy lifestyles
5.10 from 12 noon to 2 p.m
Theme: Exercise and physical well-being
9.11 from 12 noon to 2 p.m
Theme: Mental health and well-being
7.12 from 12 noon to 2 p.m
Theme: First aid and home safety
Where?
The meeting cafes will be held In HyMy village of the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Our address is: Myllypurontie 1. We are located next to the Myllypuro Metro station with good transport connections. Our building is accessible and we have the possibility to use an elevator.
