Objectives

The student

  • learns what causes quality, how quality is ascertained, and how quality work is managed in an organization.
  • understands the cornerstones of safety and quality systems and the process development approach.
  • obtains safety and quality improvement methods and tools.
  • is able to apply the most common methods of quality management as part of a team.
  • recognizes client requirements and internal and external stakeholders.

Time and realisation of studies

Studies are realised during time period 24.1. - 20.3.2024. They comprise independent learning at Moodle-platform, contact sessions using Zoom-application and group work in international and interprofessional groups. We end up the course into an interesting seminar where the groups present the outputs of their seminar works.
