Overview
The international ICT Summer School is held every year in August. It gives you an excellent opportunity to enhance your knowledge on different areas of information and communication technology, and at the same time explore Finland, meet new people, and expand your network internationally.

Programme
ICT Summer School programme consists of several intensive courses (3-5 ECTS credits). You can participate in one or more courses. Programme 2019 is listed below, but the course offering varies every year. Programme for August 2020 will be published in April-May 2020.

In 2019, ICT Summer School courses were held in Metropolia Myyrmäki campus in the city of Vantaa. The campus address is Leiritie 1, 01600 Vantaa.

Registration for the courses
Registration for the ICT Summer School 2020 courses starts in May 2020. The registration time will be announced in March 2020. Registration method depends on your background:
Metropolia degree students
- Enrol for the courses in OMA
- Courses are a free of charge for Metropolia degree students.

Students from foreign Partner Institutions

- Enrolments for the courses are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Check the list of Partner Institutions
Students from 3AMK partner schools: Laurea UAS and Haaga-Helia UAS
- Courses are a free of charge for Laurea and Haaga-Helia students.
- Each course has a certain amount of places reserved for Laurea and Haaga-Helia students. Enrolments for the courses are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Detailed 3AMK registration instructions will be published before registration time starts.
Students who do not study in Metropolia or any partner institution (i.e. Open University students)
- Students who do not study in Metropolia or any partner institution can enrol for Summer School courses through Metropolia Open UAS. Open UAS study fee is 15 euros/1 credit.
- Each course has a certain amount of places reserved for Open UAS students. Enrolments for the courses are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
- Please check the Open UAS website for more information.
