Three Phases

The Circular Economy RDI Booster offers companies a free three-step path toward circularity. With expert support, companies can anticipate industry developments, implement a business-driven circular economy project, and initiate product development. You can participate in the full process or join directly at the project or implementation stage.

1. Foresight
   Foresight helps your company identify future opportunities and key drivers of change in the circular economy.

   The package includes:

   • A preparatory assignment introducing circular economy foresight
   • Identification of circular business opportunities for your company

   • A report and recommended actions based on workshop results

     As a result, the company identifies one circular economy challenge or opportunity to address in the circular economy project.

2. Circular economy project
   In the circular economy project, the company ideates, tests, and develops a circular product or service under expert guidance.

   The package includes:

   • A tailored development process (1–2 months) for the company’s project team (3–6 people)
   • Two in-person meetings, one remote sparring session, and expert feedback

   • Practical tools and materials for customer-oriented, sustainable development

     The outcome is a customer-driven concept based on circular economy principles. The service is provided free of charge to companies as de minimis aid.

3. Implementation
   Once the concept is ready, we help finalize it into a market-ready and compliant solution.

   We support:

   • Business strategy and scalability planning
   • Evaluation of international markets

   • Consideration of regulations, certifications, and intellectual property rights

     We provide concise material on these topics as well as the opportunity for 1–3 targeted sparring sessions on agreed themes. The service is provided free of charge to companies as de minimis aid.
