Project briefly

In project Health and Wellbeing Pathways in Uusimaa Region - Developing counselling for Healthy lifestyles and Self-Care organisations’ capacity and employees’ competence in counselling for Healthy lifestyles and self-care are strengthened.

In addition, evidence based models for counselling healthy lifestyles are implemented as a part of the social and health care services in project consurium´s organisations, especially focusing on the human population in vulnerable positions.
