Our Research and Development Programme Equitable and diverse life strengthens the capabilities and resources of society and communities across different stages and structures of life. At its core are equity and diversity in various contexts, including an equitable working life and education.

The program supports the development of a multicultural society, two-way integration, and the inclusion, wellbeing, and employment of migrants, while also promoting language-aware and multilingual communities.

Our goal is for everyone, regardless of their background or life situation, to be able to live as an active and well-being member of our society in an environment that recognizes individual needs, and encourages dialogue and co-creation. We are a responsible actor in the national and international community, and we operate supporting developing countries.
