Connecting companies with Ukrainian talents
The Towards Finnish Working Life training is designed for Ukrainians living in Finland and having completed either a higher education degree or at least studies in higher education. The emphasis of the training is on finding employment in the field of trade and business administration in Finland. You can read more about the training on the website for the students.
We are now reaching out to companies in the field of trade and business administration interested in collaboration.
The process is simple: in case we find a Ukrainian talent with a profile interesting to you, your enterprise can offer an internship or an assignment during 2024. The content of the internship or assignment can be designed according to your needs and the skills profile of the chosen participant. An assignment could be for example a market analysis or a report on a topic chosen by you. The participants are required at least intermediate (B1 level) Finnish skills.

- language awareness of using Finnish as a foreign language: the goal is to develop the participants’ Finnish skills to match the needs of employers in trade and business administration
What is required from your enterprise to participate?
The internship or assignment should take place within the time frame of March-December 2024.
Requirements for the internship or assignment:
- duration of max. 3 months
- potential remuneration defined by you
- an assigned contact person from your enterprise
Participation is free of cost to your enterprise.
