Customer feedback is extremely important to us. It doesn't only help us to improve our current services, but also to develop innovative solutions that allow us to meet our customers' needs even better. We greatly value both feedback on where we have succeeded and feedback on where we could still improve. Whether your feedback is new ideas, praise or constructive criticism, every point of view is valuable to us.

We collect customer feedback in a variety of ways, both via an electronic e-form and with paper forms available from our customer service.

Open feedback gives us an honest picture of how we have succeeded and where we can improve. When our customers share their thoughts and experiences openly, we can focus our development efforts on the things that are meaningful to them. Customer ratings on a scale of 1-5

Between August and December 2025, our clients evaluated HyMy Village’s services on a scale of 1–5. A total of 180 responses were received. The service experience received an excellent rating of 4.8. Clients felt that their wishes were heard, also rating this aspect at 4.8. Willingness to return and recommend the service to others received a rating of 4.9. The availability of services was assessed as smooth, with a rating of 4.6. (Data updated on 31 December 2025.)

At HyMy Village, our main goal is to provide quality wellbeing and health services without haste and taking into account your individual situation.

Good to know

  • In HyMy-Village you are a client in a learning situation where our students practice, under the supervision of teachers, in addition to their professional skills, e.g. people-centered interaction with clients.
  • The research and rehabilitation plan made for you by our students is always checked and approved by the supervising teachers.
  • During your visit, in addition to the corresponding student, his or her student colleagues may be involved in observing the situation.
  • If you look younger than 13 years old, we will check your age, as under the age of 13 requires parental consent to participate in the activity.
