Myllypuro Campus is conveniently located in the heart of Myllypuro, next to the metro station and between Ring I highway (Myllymestarintie) and Myllypurontie.
The campus consists of four buildings with a letter code and a code color visible in the interior and interior signs:
There are three entrances to the campus. The entrance located in the corridor between buildings A and B is in the courtyard. The entrance located in the corridor between buildings C and D is on the Myllypurontie side. The third entrance is from the D-building on square opposite the metro station.
The Campus is easily accessible by the public transport.

The campus is located next to the Myllypuro metro station, 16 minutes from the Central Railway Station, and 2 min from Itäkeskus metro station. Choose the exit 'A' called 'Orpaanporras' on the Myllypuro metro station to reach the campus.

There are a number of places in which you can attach and lock your bicycle on front of the entrance of Myllypuro Campus Building A.
There is some free parking on the street and at the nearby sports halls.

There are parking spaces for people with reduced mobility along Myllypurontie between Campus and Metro Station.
The accessible parking spaces of the Myllypuro Campus are located in the parking garage, which can be reached from the Myllypurontie (Myllypurontie 1, Helsinki) side. There is a phone by the garage door that can be used to contact reception for opening the door.
Floor 0 has one accessible parking space. Floor K has three accessible parking spaces. The accessible parking spaces are marked with blue wheelchair signs. The parking spaces are located near the entrance that leads to the elevators. There is a door phone by the entrance that can be used to contact reception for opening the door. The door phone is at a height of 1,4 m.
The Myllypuro Campus has three entrances. The entrance by Myllypurontie (Myllypurontie 1, Helsinki) has a drop-off area.
All three entrances of the Myllypuro Campus are accessible. Entrance C is located on the Myllypurontie side, and the B and D entrances are on the Myllyruuhenpolku side. The doors have electric opening mechanisms. The spaces in front of the entrances are even.
The reception is located on the right when arriving through entrance C on the Myllypurontie side. When arriving through entrance D on the Myllyruuhenpolku side the reception is straight ahead at the end of the hallway. This entrance also has a tactile map. There is no induction loop at reception.
The campus floor has a tactile line and the line on the first floor leads to the reception, the accessible toilet and the elevators.
The Myllypuro Campus is accessible for moving around. Each space has an accessible entrance. There are several elevators that lead to every floor.
The Metropolia Hall has an induction loop and an audibility map.
The first floor has three accessible toilets. Parts A and B of the building have accessible toilets on every floor. Below you can see more detailed information on the two accessible toilets.
The toilet on the first floor of part C is located behind the reception. The accessible toilet has a minimum of 80 cm free space on both sides of the toilet seat. The supporting rails are attached to the wall.

These rules of conduct apply to the campuses of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences Ltd. ("Metropolia") located in Arabia, Karamalmi, Myllypuro, and Myyrmäki, and, where applicable, to other premises where Metropolia activities are conducted ("Campuses").
The rules of conduct apply to the entire university community, including students and staff, visitors and individuals working on the Campuses ("Individuals"). All Individuals are required to comply with these rules.
The purpose of the rules of conduct is to ensure the general safety and order of the Campuses and the safety of the Individuals while present at the Campuses.
The Campuses are public spaces where individuals may move and stay freely during the Campus’ opening hours, provided they comply with the rules of conduct and other Metropolia guidelines. The Campuses’ opening hours and any exceptions are communicated on the premises and via Metropolia's communication channels.
Presence on the Campuses outside opening hours is prohibited without prior consent from Metropolia.
Campuses have 24/7 security services. Reception services on Campuses operate according to separately announced opening hours. Access to certain facilities is restricted, and individuals without proper access rights granted by Metropolia must not be allowed entry.
Entry control and, where permitted by law, 24/7 recording surveillance cameras are in use on the Campuses for security and retrospective verification of misconduct. Metropolia may provide such materials to investigative authorities upon request for the purposes of prevention and investigation of crimes.
Individuals on the Campuses must behave appropriately, act responsibly, and adhere to good manners, following Metropolia's guidelines and rules. Any threatening, violent, or disruptive behavior, as well as physical and verbal threats, discrimination, bullying, and harassment, is prohibited.
It is not allowed to bring and possess items or substances on Campuses that are intended or suitable for harming others or property.
Animals, except for guide dogs, are not permitted on the Campuses.
The Campuses are primarily intended for studying, teaching, and other purposes related to Metropolia's activities.
Any commercial, political, religious, or similar activities not related to such purposes are prohibited unless agreed upon in advance with Metropolia.
When taking photos, recording videos, or creating other recordings on the Campuses, the necessary permissions must be obtained from the parties involved.
Photography, videography, or other similar activities are prohibited in restrooms, shower and dressing rooms, and other comparable facilities.
Smoking, as well as the use of electronic cigarettes, snus, snus pouches, substances, and other intoxicating and similar substances, is prohibited on the Campuses.
Being under the influence of intoxicating or narcotic substances is not allowed on the Campuses.
The use of such substances may be permitted at specific authorized events and locations, subject to the respective guidelines.
The use of lighters or other devices that could cause fire, smoke hazards, or trigger threatening situations, such as sprinkler activation, is not permitted on the Campuses.
Emergency exits and escape routes on the Campuses must always remain unobstructed and accessible.
The use of scooters or similar devices is not allowed indoors on the Campuses.
Vehicles, bicycles, and scooters may only be parked or stored in designated areas.
Any property of Campuses must be handled with care and used only for its intended purpose.
Metropolia is not responsible for damage caused to Individuals or their property or for damages caused by such Individuals to third parties or their property.
In the event an Individual causes damage through their actions or negligence to another Individual, Campus facilities, or structures, or to property owned by Metropolia or a third party, the Individual is liable to compensate for the damage caused.
Metropolia's reception services or staff should be immediately informed if any behavior violating these rules, other Metropolia guidelines, or otherwise inappropriate or disruptive behavior is observed on the Campuses.
Security personnel have the right to immediately remove Individuals who violate these rules or other Metropolia or property owner's guidelines or rules from the Campuses.
Violating the rules of conduct may result in additional consequences in accordance with other Metropolia regulations.
The first part of the new campus was opened in January 2019 with 3000 students and 250 employees. The second phase of the campus, buildings B, C and D, are finalized, and opened in January 2020.
The foundation stone of the campus was laid in September 2016. The construction was delivered by YIT Oyj.
