You can also attend testing without any symptoms, as a preventive measure and to support your overall wellbeing.

Our laboratory services are suitable for anyone interested in monitoring their health and wellbeing, including private individuals, entrepreneurs, active exercisers, and those who wish to track their health status regularly.

At the HyMy Village laboratory, you can schedule your tests at a time that suits you best. No doctor's referral is required. You can book an appointment for the laboratory tests of your choice or select one of our ready-made testing packages.

Choose an individual test or a comprehensive laboratory package

Do you need just one test, or are you looking for a more comprehensive overview of your health? You can purchase an individual laboratory test or choose a pre-designed testing package that includes key indicators for assessing your health status.

Our selection includes tests related to general health, blood values, vitamins, iron metabolism, hormonal function, and exercise performance. If you cannot find the test you are looking for, please contact HyMy Village customer service.

Our laboratory is staffed by bioanalyst students working under the supervision of healthcare professionals. All tests are carried out carefully, safely, and to a high standard of quality. All our services are supervised by teachers who are healthcare professionals. By using our services, you also support the practical training and learning of future healthcare professionals.

Please note that clients are responsible for knowing which tests they wish to have performed. Students cannot provide guidance on selecting tests or recommend which tests may be appropriate for you.

Good to know before your visit

• HyMy Village serves as a learning environment where students develop their professional skills and client-centered approach under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• All services are overseen by supervising instructors who are qualified healthcare professionals.
• Students participate in client appointments only under supervision and with a strong focus on client safety.
• In addition to the student providing your service, other students may also be present during your appointment as observers as part of their studies.
• Please note that our laboratory service does not include a medical evaluation of test results. If your results fall outside the reference ranges or you would like a more detailed interpretation, we recommend booking an appointment with a physician.
• Gift certificates for laboratory tests are also available for purchase.

How to prepare to your appointment

By following these instructions, you can prepare properly for your laboratory tests and help ensure reliable results:

• Avoid strenuous physical exercise for approximately 24 hours before sample collection.
• Do not consume coffee, tea, vitamins, alcohol, tobacco products, or temporarily used medications after 10:00 p.m. on the evening before your appointment.
• Please fast for 10–12 hours before sample collection. During the fasting period, do not eat, drink anything other than water, or smoke. On the morning of the test, you may drink a glass of water.
• You may take your regular morning medications unless otherwise instructed by your treating physician. Please note: If your test request includes S-T4-V (Free Thyroxine), you should not take your thyroxine medication before the sample is collected. For therapeutic drug monitoring, the blood sample should be taken before taking the medication.
• You should be awake for at least one hour before sample collection. Please allow time to sit and rest for 15 minutes before the procedure to help stabilize your circulation.
• Hormone levels can vary depending on the time of day. Therefore, hormone tests other than thyroid function tests should generally be performed in the morning unless you have been instructed otherwise.
